Refunds and Return Policy

Effective Date: 11/12/2025
Last Updated: 11/12/2025

At Frontline Bud Foundation, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and resources for veterans interested in cannabis cultivation and industry readiness. Because our courses provide immediate access to digital materials and resources upon enrollment, all sales are final and no refunds or returns are permitted, except in limited circumstances as described below.

1. General Policy

All course fees, donations, and program payments are non-refundable once access to course content has been granted. This includes both self-paced and instructor-led training.

By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to educational materials and not a physical product or service that can be returned.

2. Exceptions — Verified Technical Issues

We understand that occasional technical issues may arise. Refunds will only be considered if:

  • You experience repeated, verifiable technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content; and
  • The issue is proven to originate from our website or learning platform (not from your personal device, browser, or internet connection).

To be eligible for a refund under these circumstances, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring.
  2. Provide detailed screenshots or screen recordings showing the error message or malfunction.
  3. Allow our team reasonable time to investigate and confirm the issue originated from our end.

If verified, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A full or partial refund of the course fee; or
  • Complimentary re-enrollment or extended access to the affected course once the issue is resolved.

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Frontline Bud Foundation and will be communicated via email.

3. No Refunds for the Following

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • User error or lack of technical proficiency
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with course content
  • Failure to complete a course within the access period
  • Issues caused by outdated devices, software, or poor internet connectivity

We encourage all participants to review course descriptions carefully before enrolling and to reach out with any questions beforehand.

4. Contact for Refund Inquiries

If you believe your situation qualifies under the verified technical issue clause, please contact us at:

Please include your name, course title, purchase date, and supporting screenshots so our team can promptly review your request.

5. Final Decision

All refund determinations are final once reviewed by our administrative team. By enrolling, you agree to this policy in full.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or the law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
